Having the all the controls for both the washer and dryer in the middle (between the washer and dryer) vs having the dryer controls at top at about 6ft when stacked, made this purchase the correct choice. Additionally, all the features/options available are easy to use. And most importantly, we have had no issues with cleaning or drying all types of clothes.

First use it leaked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this new unit installed 3 weeks ago. First time use the washer leaked out the bottom & ruined my basement ceiling and my new wood floors. Getting a repairman out has been a nightmare. Still waiting for a serviceman. I'm so disappointed in the process of getting a repair under warranty. Everything is automated-no humans to speak to. So frustrated!!
