It is actually a product that does lengthen. About 50% better than others I've tried. Application is a bit tricky as it dries very fast! My suggestions are: Use a comb to separate lashes, then curl (using that lash crimp/curler) then apply mascara. Also, if you purchase the waterproof one: Get a makeup remover specifically designed for waterproof makeup. My recommendation: Spend the money on this, it works!!

The mascara is great, the container has a great design to make your lashes appear longer. It does not smudge and I can wear all day. I have bad allergies and I don't have to worry about raccoon eyes. When the store did not have it I tracked it down rather than change brand.
