This is a great collar, I tool a chance, I'd always used the plastic cones. I'm so impressed, doggy is so much more comfortable. The only thing is that it can bend if the dog is ambitious enough and because she has a rash on her face it makes a nice scrape against the wall interior scratching post. Otherwise highly recommend. The velcro is super sturdy and it has clasps as well. She has not been able to remove it. But she's so comfortable she hasn't tried that hard.
