Well Packaged. Item arrived undamaged. These units require different outlets depending on the size. The 12000 BTU With Heat required a 220v 20 amp outlet 12/2 wire with ground. Not a 15amp outlet. It has one plug going vertical and one horizontal. There is a ground. The larger units may require a 30 amp outlet. I don't know. Item works very well. It heats excellent. It has a remote which is meh. This unit is loud. The noise level is moderate even on low. I like white/fan noise to sleep. This one is just a little bit much but it is not too much. I can still sleep fine.

Unit seems to work fine, but delivery was unacceptable, left me hanging all day Friday, then delivered Saturday without notice, lucky I was home. package and unit was fairly beat up, butI accepted it as I couldn't wait for another poor delivery. Also, sent wrong instruction sheet, required taking unit apart to install 10 screws from inside case which could have been done easily at factory and saved customer several hours of fighting with is heavy and very bulky unit.
