I bought this unit to cool my Tiny house. I converted a shed to a tiny house and bought this unit for the bedroom area and it has done its job very well. Now I am using the heat side and it is keeping it comfortable in the space. It is a little louder then I enjoy but I have adjusted to tuning it out.

Unit seems to work fine, but delivery was unacceptable, left me hanging all day Friday, then delivered Saturday without notice, lucky I was home. package and unit was fairly beat up, butI accepted it as I couldn't wait for another poor delivery. Also, sent wrong instruction sheet, required taking unit apart to install 10 screws from inside case which could have been done easily at factory and saved customer several hours of fighting with is heavy and very bulky unit.

I didn't understand why so many people are like... oh it's my fault I ordered it ... THIS WILL NOT WORK IN A STANDARD WALL OUTLET. nothing I saw indicated that. I really wish I had read the reviews. you need a freaking electrician to use this thing. it's huge, heavy, and currently a $400 piece of uselessness. I'm so angry.
