This is the nicest set of knives I have ever owned. I know some will spend this much on a single knife, but I am never going to need knives nicer than these. Having always used cheaper ones, I am shocked at how much easier preparing a meal can be when a knife slices through potatoes, onions, and radishes like butter. At this price, I'm going to buy another set to give as a gift in the future.

I bought this knife set for my daughter and son-in-law. I warned them that they were very sharp!! They were used to using their old dull knives and my son -in-law was so happy his 1st try slicing steak with such ease!! Very sharp!!
