Standing for extended periods of time can have unfortunate health consequences; varicose veins, compressed joints, and overall fatigue. Specially designed mats, such as this one, have been at the forefront of the battle to prevent health loss, and have been shown to significantly reduce such complications. This aesthetically appealing mat is made of black PVC vinyl material, and has many convenient features in addition to health preservation. Save an aching back in the kitchen
I bought the 3' and 4' sizes as a house warming gift for my daughter. The color gray is a sophisticated solution for her new bold contemporary vinyl flooring. The mat is completely one color with a textured top--no black backing. Note that the actual color is darker than the picture--more medium gray.
