Marinated artichokes are great with salads

I mainly enjoy the artichokes on salads of sorts like a fresh green garden salad or potato salad as a garnish. Dinner guests usually enjoy the artichokes along with other garnishes. Occasionally, there will be a small piece of artichoke that has a little chewiness to it! But that's how artichokes are you just can't find the perfect jar of artichokes you will find an occasional imperfect artichoke, but the chewy part can always be discarded. Otherwise Kirkland processes, a pretty tasty and delectable artichokes. PS the juice that the artichoke sit in can be used to make a dirty martini, quite flavorful! Cheers and don't forget the olives
