Arrived damaged, no response.

The couch arrived damaged. The back of the couch has a puncture with wood chips breaking off. It was clear from the packaging that it did not happen during transit, but that they packaged it that way. When I reached out to the sellers I never heard back. Disappointed because otherwise I like it.
