Tips:
1. Lychee tape is designed to move with you, stretching when you stretch and flexing when you flex, providing the long-lasting reliable support. It is recommended your tape be applied at least 30 min prior to activity.
2. Be sure to clean the skin of the part to be pasted before use; if you encounter hair, please avoid or clean the hair of the part to be pasted.
3. If the skin is inflamed or wounded, please avoid sticking it directly on this part.
4. If you have allergic symptoms such as redness during use, please stop using it temporarily. If the allergies persist, please consult a professional doctor immediately.

Tips of how to use and remove:
1. Stretch the tape moderately each time you use it, but avoid stretching the end of the tape.
2. Before pasting, the adhesive surface of the tape should avoid contact with moisture, emollient oil and other substances to avoid damaging the viscosity of the glue.
3. When cutting tape, cut all corners to rounded corners (except pre-cut tape). Locate the correct part, stick the fixed point, and apply the patch to the skin in a partial stretching position to cover the corresponding functional muscles, and complete the sticking action within 1~2 times. At the same time, touch the palms back and forth many times and the hair dryer can strengthen the adhesion.
4.When tearing off the patch. In the direction of the hair, apply a patch, while gently pressing the skin with one hand, tearing it from top to bottom. Do not tear it repeatedly to avoid skin irritation.
5.For sensitive skin or easier tape removal, apply baby oil or olive oil on the tape for five minutes. Then, peel off slowly.
