Go to panko for cutlets, so good!
Adds amazing flavor to chicken cutlets! SO good! For people complaining of the smell of feet, well, that's what Parmesan smells like. It has a very potent smell and it's definitely noticeable as soon as you open the bag. It stinks up my kitchen, BUT it doesn't taste like it smells. I make cutlets with them, but if you use them in place of regular breadcrumbs (for meatloaf, for example) I can't guarantee it'd be a good combo. I add a little black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to the panko crumbs, but they taste great on their own too.
