More than just satisfied.
I just used my new Kessaku 7" knife for the first time, and I was very impressed. The knife is very well crafted and felt really good in my hands, very well balanced. And I was dicing onions. The first thing I noticed was that it cut through the large yellow onion like going through soft butter. I have to be honest, I've never had a knife this sharp before, but now that I've taken the plunge, I am sorry I waited so long. The knife diced up my onion with no effort at all. I have no doubt it will work just as well with any other veggies or fruits, or whatever I need it to be dicing or slicing with. I highly recommend the purchase of this knife. You certainly can't beat the price.
