I drink these cold from the fridge and heated 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave using a microwavable coffee mug. sometimes I stir in a teaspoon of instant coffee. these are great with breakfast and as midafternoon snacks. the texture was odd for the first 2 or 3 times but it is all good now.

Great flavor!
I love these drinks first thing in the morning when they're just out of the refrigerator. The vanilla cappuccino flavor has now moved to my favorite. But I still like the strawberry too. They keep me on track with calories and are great for right after the gym.

Love the Taste!
I typically make a protein shake with coffee in it, so this is the perfect quick morning shake for me. The flavor is very good. I have tried other flavors of this same shake and I like this one the best. The chocolate is also good. I find it tastes best when it is super cold. It is also great for my diet as it keeps me full until lunch. I will continue to buy this product and use a few times a week.
