Excellent quality of salmon. My cat adors the extra juice, and I also scrape the skin carefully and add to the juice for cat's delight. I often make salmon cakes for the family. Drain 1 can and scrape skin off carefully. Add 1 egg to salmon, stir, and add enough cruushed crackers to make a patty.-7 to 9 patties.

I like this red salmon much better than pink salmon. This is your standard red salmon. Similar to or the same as other brands. I take out the bones and skin which takes some time but I like it that way. I hope the price doesn't go up. Price is what caught my attention.
