A life style improvement.
Very good with improving abdominal, pelvic, hip, and thigh muscle strength for women restricted to long periods of sitting, having given birth, or elderly. Three times per week 10-15 min. Increased daily 30 min. as strength increases. Improves on incontinence as well.

this kegel does a pretty good job and u can feel the pulling of the pelvic floor,& the lower back, u need to start the xercises slow and build upon them. I'm up to about 10 at 5x's ea. u'll also feel the effort for a little while. the instructions didn't seem that hard to understand and the xtra exercises are good to know. i only use once a day. at 1st. i didn't like it but now i seem to be getting the hang of it. I'm going to recommend it to my daugther. i just wish it was a smaller size.
