Well worth the price verses renting.
We had been renting a wheel chair for my husband for the past 6 months. Not knowing how long he would need one I decided to do a search to purchase one instead. The Karman wheel chair would have been paid off for the rental fee we've been paying all those many months. This was a great price and choice, pretty comparable to the rented one accept that this wheel chair does not ave a reclining back. This is fine with the lower back. It wheels smoothly on the tiled entrance way and in the kitchen. Harder on carpeting. This model was one of the lightest weight available but still a little heavy for me to lift. Most of the wheel chairs were over 35 to 40 lbs. I want to mention that when I ordered the wheel chair the price was lower.
