Each one has a 1.25" thick high pressure laminate top that's durable and easy to clean. The tops have an attractive edge that won't crack or peel. The solid cast iron bases have leveling glides to prevent the table from wobbling on uneven floors. The steel has a 3" diameter and is made of 16 gauge steel. The top and base are all shipped in one box. Easy to assemble.
