Heated duck waterer

I just started to using it this week - the temps are 20 degrees at night and so far, so good. The chickens and ducks are both drinking out of it. It stays much cleaner than a regular heated waterer. I will be ordering a second one.

Proper fit.

Once we were able to get the jug to seat properly with the base this waterer worked pretty well. It seemed that the jug lip was too wide to fit in the groove where sealing rings is. We have 20 chickens and 2 ducks. This waterer kept the ducks from making the water undrinkable for the rest.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that the waterer worked well once you were able to get the jug seated properly. We appreciate you pointing out the issue with the jug lip being too wide for the groove—it’s helpful for us to know. We’re happy to hear it kept the ducks from making the water undrinkable for the rest of your flock! If you ever have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. Thank you for choosing our product!

Good Product but hard to clean

I bought this a few months back for my small flock of duck. It works great, no issues with leaking and filling the reservoir is easy. It is quit difficult to clean. Even with regular rinses and weekly soaks with vinegar/detergent. There is orange/and black mold growth inside the reservoir that will not come off. Think it's already in the porous plastic. Real shame too because worked great, but we can't seem to get it completely clean.
