I was excited but now I'm kind of skeptical

I purchased this item mainly because it was advertised at the max weight was 110 pounds but the guidebook for building shows that the max loading capacity is 35 kg which equals 77 pounds. My kid won't be able to use this for as long as I thought. Kind of deceiving.

Customer Service doesn't exist

Received the item about two weeks ago and after assembly the horn doesn't work. Have called the company everyday and only able to leave a voice message. Finally got lucky and got through last Tuesday (Dec 16) and was told that their tech department will get in touch with me, which hasn't happen yet and I've been calling everyday and leaving messages, no response. Also the turning radius is almost none existent, its horrible. I would definitely not purchase this item again and do not recommend it to any else.
