this is perfect size for my German shepherd female. She is 3 years old. She has extra room to move around without banging the sides or falling off. Holds pretty tight too. I've had it outside I placed in her dog house. it's tight no sagging. Very easy to clean. I have another dog bed when my other dog out grows his I will buy another of these for him. I catch them both snuggled together on the bed sometimes and holds both their weight just fine.

It must be comfy because she will go lay in it by herself despite being a lap dog most of the time. Just what we needed. I wish I would have got the small size instead of medium because of limited space though. It would've been big enough.
