With the dustproof cover, you will no longer have to worry about the clean issue of the mattress, which can greatly improve the durability of the mattress. i wasnt happy with my american extra firm mattress. i ordered this in extra firm. i put it on my box spring and could feel the wires through it so i put wood on top of box spring and reinstalled mattress. this is the best sleep ive had in years. i dont have the soreness and stiffness i had before.
