Highly disappointed in Walmart and the Seller! This product clearly states that it needs to be refrigerated but I received 2 bottles in a cardboard box...AND THAT'S IT. No dry ice pack or anything to keep it cold. I've used it for 10 days with barely in effect. I know this product works because I've been buying it from my local grocer but it NEEDS to be packed correctly. Just when I thought I was getting a great deal but received defective probiotics. I'll need a refund! ☹️
