It's all about the service.

Tables are good. I like that the way the bottom is set up you can put a heavy umbrella base there and it 'locks in' holding both the umbrella stable and the table. The length between the hole on top and bottom does not match all umbrellas so make sure you measure if you are not buying a pedestal base. But here is the reason I am writing a review. Joe M, from the business service department was phenomenal. There was a problem with the order and he came in and saved the entire situation. Very impressive and the team at hayneedle should celebrate a success story like his. For his service alone I will always have something nice to volunteer about hayneedle.

Could've been better engineered- several of the screws were stripped making assembly difficult - A little bit better quality control would've gone a long way

slight damage on the top

THE INSTRUCTIONS LEFT SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED , THE ALLEN WRENCHES WERE GARBAGE AND THE HEAD OF THE BOLTS STRIPPED. WHAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ME 30 MINUTES TO ASSEMBLY, IT TOOK 4 HOURS. THE TOP WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED. ALL IN ALL IWOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
