The Innova ITX9688 is a heavy-duty inversion table that comes with many features that set it apart from other inversion tables. Starting with its large backrest, adjustable headrest, and soft touch foam handlebars, it provides a comfortable, easy inversion. But these are just the basics. The ITX9688’s True Balance System allows each user to find their own unique center of gravity. The Six Angle Pin System allows users to trust that the ITX9688 will easily, safely, and consistently deliver on the finest inversion experience.
True Balance System - Double Adjustment Structure
Unlike other inversion tables, which only have one adjustable part, the ITM4800’s True Balance System has two adjustable features, to help each individual user find the smoothest and most comfortable inversion experience for them. The True Balance Structure allows users to adjust the headrest and the height to micromanage the center of gravity.
The 6-Angle Pin System with Protective Cover
The ITM4800 also includes a patented protective cover for the easy to adjust six angle pin system. Just position the pin in the desired slope and know that your inversion position will be safe, comfortable, and consistent every time. Old tether strap systems require the user to dismount entirely and climb underneath the table in order to adjust and can loosen after repeated use.

I thought about doing a 4 star review, so readers wouldn't think I'm a shill for the company, but I was impressed enough to give it 5 stars, and if this thing was shoddy, or tippy, it wouldn't get 5 stars from me. It is sturdy. I'm 6ft and 200lbs and have zero thoughts about the table failing on me. I (barely) collapsed one of the tubes by tightening the bolt too much. No big deal, but don't overtighten the bolts. The directions were probablyfine on their own. I watched the video to get a nice run through, then put it together using the paper directions. I put it together when my back was bothering me... I should say my back was in real pain. I got it together, but there is a point when you'll need to hold the part your body lies on up while bolting it on. I'm guessing some people would need help with that part for a couple minutes. I chose to mount the ankle holder apparatus the "alternative" way listed in the directions. It works fine. Note. If you're considering one without the extended ankle release, quit considering it. Soooooo convenient. My back is tender coming off of it, I would hate, hate, hate to be releasing myself from it if I had the short release.
