The Ingenuity Beanstalk Baby to Big Kid 6-in-1 Unisex High Chair offers 6 grow-with-me modes from newborn up to 5 years of age, including a soothing infant seat specifically designed for newborns. The other modes include a full size high chair with a tray; an infant dining chair that allows baby to join the family at the table without the tray; a chair top high chair; a toddler chair; and two ways to seat two kids. Extra comfy seat padding creates cozy feeding spot for baby. The Beanstalk has two front wheels and is easy to maneuver with one hand when youve got a baby on your hip. The tray is removable and adjusts to 3 different locking positions to keep baby more secure. An adjustable 5-point harness keeps baby tucked in for every mode. Infant seat mode features a toy bar and gentle vibrations to keep baby soothed while you cook. As baby grows, the footrest adjusts to babys height in high chair and toddler chair modes. We warrant that all Company products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) or for the applicable minimum required warranty period in the location where the product is sold (the “Limited Warranty Period”). If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty (i) applies only to single family use only for the original purchaser/gift recipient (with gift receipt) of the product, (ii) covers purchases solely from an authorized retailer or distributor, and (iii) is not transferable.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to and expressly excludes (a) re-sold merchandise; (b) consumable parts, such as batteries; (c) cosmetic damage; (d) damage caused by use with non-Kids2 products; (e) products where any serial number is not present, has been removed or defaced; (f) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product’s owner's manual, (g) a product or part that has been modified, and (h) claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions (assembly, installation, maintenance, and use), abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident and normal wear and tear.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER STATUTORY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This is a solid high chair. I purchased for when I'm watching my granddaughter. It's actually more sturdy than a more expensive one they were gifted. I like the transition options. I wish it folded up for storage when she's not here but maybe that's what makes the more expensive one less stable.
