This is a no-frills basic mower if that is what you are looking for. Very solid construction, a standard B%26S motor, and very easy assembly out of the box. This is exactly like my old mower from the 1980s that developed a piston gasket leak (after 41 years) and I had to replace it. This mower is not self-propelled, it has no battery nor electric starter, and no clippings catch bag. It's just a pull-start mower with an on/off lever. No other features. Note, the blade needs to be sharpened out of the box which is not mentioned in the setup instructions. However, everything else is there, including a 14oz bottle of oil. I bought the black one, and am 100% satisfied with this mower!

Although made in China, the engine is Made in USA so warranty repair locations shouldn't be difficult to find. Assembly is quick and simple. Wheels are adjusted individually but this can be done quickly and after that it is usually not necessary to change. My yard is unattractive and lumpy so I have the wheels on the highest setting. Started first time on second pull. Seems funny not to have choke or throttle controls, but runs OK. Easy to start even with my bad shoulder and no problem to push or maneuver. Two year warranty and 90 day XMAS returns. Good deal for $100 sale price especially considering how overpriced gas mowers are now. I also have a Litheli U20 13 Inch Cordless Lawn Mower which got me through the summer after my old Tecumseh powered Murray died after about 35yrs, but it is not strong enough to go through high grass, wet leaves, and twigs that can occur in spring or fall. Nice gas mower. Recommend over others that do not have B%26S engine.
