Hob - From Ambient - Stove Top: Empty contents of can into skillet. Break apart and fry until slightly crisp, turning with spatula. Microwave - From Ambient - Empty contents of can into microwave-safe container; cover loosely. Heat on High for 2½ to 3 minutes or until hot, stirring once halfway through heating. Great For My Taste. Preparation Is Key
I've been a consumer f this brand for years. Tried al others. I like this one best. I'm only feeding myself so half a can with an egg on top and some ketchup on the side is enough. At nearly $4 a can it seems expensive but then again, I get two meals from a can. I like to spread it on a baking sheet (not too thinly) and cook it for 18 minutes at 400 and then move what has been stuck and make a well for the egg and bake it for another 8-10 minutes until the white has set. This makes the hash crunchy and the yolk is still soft. Then, I put ketchup on the side o the plate and touch the bottom of my fork to it with each bite. Lovely

The first time I bought it I thought it would not taste like corned beef hash, because it was canned. It turned out to be very good. It shrinks a little more than a little in size when cooked to perfection, but that was half the can getting smaller if I wanted I could have cooked the whole can. It is good.
