How very very sad. Even big name brands have over 65 ONE STARS and more! I may buy another for a room. When you're sick who wants microwave water. Enjoy!

It takes several minutes for the coffee to brew even though it's so small . It doesn't have an automatic shut off %26 the basket is too small for disposable filters….
