Excellent Skillet!
I have been using electric skillets since 1965. They are a very convenient and practical item for the kitchen. My mother's original round skillet was great for when I was a teen making a family-size omelet. I moved on to using 12" square skillets as an adult and this is the best skillet that I have owned. It heats up quickly and the improved non-stick surface is perfect for cooking and cleaning. It is so much more enjoyable to cook in an electric skillet on the counter than standing over a hot stove using a frying pan. I highly recommend this product!

The temperature controller takes getting use to it does not maintain constant temperature. It seems to reach temperature then go off then come back on heat back up then turn off again
