i have no clue why there are so many bad reviews. my local walmart took this out of store a few months ago and since then i’ve been trying to find a shampoo that i could use every day that was cleansing enough but not too stripping. failure after failure i decided to go out of the way to order this shampoo online and after ONE use im so satisfied. i was almost scared to get it again even knowing i really liked it before. i have no complaints it cleans my hair makes it look matte (how i like) but still very soft and hydrated to the touch.
