Multi purpose uses and has become indispensible

I use it for the creamiest and fluffiest potatoes and also yams all the time . Turnip and parsnips come out very smooth. We do some veggies for baby food. I make pate with chicken livers passed through it too. Sturdy and a time saver.cant live without it
