The sound experience (especially on bass) becames exceptional after at least of 40 hours of listening. The sound is very clear, the soundstage is impressive. The mid frequencies are excellent, but the high frequencies are not complete (some sounds are missing in highs), maybe in a future update the problem will be fixed (like recently did Sennheiser MTW2 with same problem). Before complaining about how to control the earbuds, please read the manual. Also, in time, from a few days [of intense listening] to 1 week or two weeks [of rare listening], you'll learn to control the earbuds with high precision.

Using the buds for two weeks now and I'm very happy with the purchase. Here my findings: Sound quality: Excellent. The bass is strong and warm and comparable with headphones which is impressive for ear buds. The mids and highs are also on point straight out of the box. The equalizer gives you great opportunities to tweak this. The case: really cool and looks great. Functionality wise works as expected. It would be nice if the app would show the charge % of the case as well. Connectivity: This mostly works fine. I did experience some minor issues. 1) app could not find the buds (solution: close down and reopen app several times). 2) the two buds where not in sync. (solution put them both back in the case and put them back in again) Features: Ambient aware works great. Talktrough as well (I don't like this feature as I use the buds for audio books so I miss things, I just pause). ANC automatically works? I can't find any option to turn it on or off? Touch pads: both work really well as soon as you figure out the movements (going back by tapping three times is sometimes still hard and easy to do wrong). I use the buds allot during meetings (to get moving our company encourages taking meetings while walking outside, which was the reason I bought these buds). Sadly the buds to not connect to Microsoft teams. It would be great if the pause/play touch functionality could be tweaked to mute/unmute so you can easily do that during meetings (My headphone has a voice that says mute or unmuted at that moment, that is really usefull). In addition it is great that you can switch the touch functionality, per bud/functionality, on and off in the app (maybe an idea to hold both buds to do that without the need to enter the app) Wind noice reduction: works like a charm. I live in an windy area and people can hear me really well even when the wind is blowing hard. Of course this has limits, once people could not hear me properly nevertheless that was in storm (rain/ very strong wind) conditions in which I was not happy to be outside at all. I could still hear those in the meeting very will. What I did notice is that if the wind switches angle (turning head quickly) the people hear for a millisecond the wind coming through I think the software might not be quick enough to cancel that out. Phone calls: people are very positive about the clarity of my voice. Car noises, wind (see above) and other things are canceled out almost perfect and are not hindering during conversations. I tried this while using just my phone and wired earbuds. They preferred the buds each time. Comfort / wearability: the buds feel really nice in your ears even after a longer time. I doubted on these buds because I saw allot of negative feedback (eventually a friend convinced me) of the buds being lose in your ears. This is absolutely not true! I have very narrow ear holes and have to use the smallest rubbers, sadly still to big for me, nevertheless the buds fit nicely even while working out (weight lifting). I think this is a matter of following the instructions how to put the buds in exactly (learned that after only two tries) Battery: Maybe not as good as competitors on paper. In real life I did not encouter the situation that I ran out of juice. I like to think this a very good concession to have the Harman/Kardon sound quality.
