Not happy with raw elastic waist band

I have worn Hanes for years because of the comfort and fit. I just recently ordered on line thinking I was getting cotton wrapped waist band and they sent me product that was just elastic. I always bought Hanes for the comfort of cotton waist band. I returned them. I will not order again until you can ensure me they will be cotton waist band. Please don't waste my time!
