I wanted to go ahead and purchase sweats now so I will be ready when cold weather returns later in the year. I think the navy heather color is great. They are a perfect fit but maybe a little long. If so, I will probably just turn them under and stitch in place.

Functional Sweat Pant

You're not going to make a fashion statement in these sweats. The thigh is fitted, but the lower leg is pretty large... looks a bit strange. This isn't a concern for me, as I bought these to work in the garden, during the winter. The fabric is pretty thin, but I live in a mild winter climate, so I think that they'll be about right for warmth. Considering today's prices on everything, I guess the price is about right for what these sweats are. Would I recommend them? That all depends on whether you're looking for just a functional sweat pant, or something you might want to wear in public.
