These are comfortable without slipping on the behind and they are breathable. They won't make you sweat like some fabrics. Panties come in variety of colors easy and all are compatible to wear even with light colored clothes. I'm 200 lbs 5'5" and I ordered an Extra Large which turned out to be size 10 or 2X. They run big I return them for an XL or size 9. Just be careful if ordering online with the sizing but I highly recommend them. 👍 👍
