The Haier 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner HTWR12XCR can cool mid-size spaces up to 550 sq ft. It has a digital time and temperature display, as well as a 24-hour timer. The wall air conditioner comes in white and is user-friendly and economical. It comes with all the necessary parts for a quick and easy installation. The room air conditioner also has three fan speeds and three temperature settings to allow you to adjust the air flow to a comfortable level. The energy efficient unit has a convenient check filter indicator light to notify you of when it is time to change or clean the filter. It includes a remote that attaches to the side of the unit magnetically.

Heaven.......saved my summer
I only had a kenmore 8000 btu in my living room 1 bedroom and it wouldn't do the job we were literally sweating in our condo....I took a chance and bought this even though it was off brand and OMG this thing saved my summer it gets ICE cold.....we are happy with it.....and love the cool remote it came with had no problems installing slid right into our existing sleeve. I LOVE IT AND WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN. For 349 it was steal......for 120000 btu any where else u will pay 500 600 or more it does take regular outlet 110v.....which was nice too :)
