I first ordered a doorknob with 2 keys. they told me to put in a substitute I did but this one didn't come with any keys it come with that little key that's like the tip of a butter knife You can open it with anything in the world I need to be able to lock my door

One of the 3 I bought had a different sku number and was Chinese oriented. Lock was engaged when in horizontal position. I've had this problem on cheap Amazon knobs. 2 out of 3 sucks. I don't have time to exchange it, spo it stays.
