This is a very good hot sauce. Its not blazing hot but has just the right amount of heat to go on eggs, burgers, rice, and what ever you like. It has a great flavor like the other sauces they make. The heat is just right for those who don't like extreme heat. For those who do love the extreme, maybe not for you, but its stilk great tasting on ehat ever you put it on. I just put it on some Kale, and finally, good tasting kalw!!!!!
