The HATCH Diced Tomatoes %26 Green Chilies with Roasted Garlic are a good choice for enhancing a variety of southwest recipes. The overall quality of the roasted garlic and chili blend is consistent and the diced texture is ideal for stews or sauces. I also use it plain, right out of the can, as salsa for chips. The flavor is that good. Surprisingly versatile for canned tomatoes.
