Great scooter/Coverage plan not worth the money

The scooter works well and my kids love it. We had an issue when my son who is 6'2” got on it and hit the power button with his knee and knocked it off exposing the wires. I purchased Walmart's warranty plan through Allstate but my claim was denied. I reached out directly to the company and they responded quickly and are willing to help get it fixed. I would suggest reaching out to them as the coverage through Walmart didn't really cover much.

I received this electric scooter on christmas day and it came in a tv box and when i tuck it out of the tv box i noticed that the red rear tail light was welded on crooked and it couldn't be adjusted and the tail fender was crooked with loose rivets and i had to figure out how the front light worked
