The bike is beautiful and my daughter was very happy to receive it. I would have given it 5 stars, but the rear wheel was bent when we took it out of the box. the rear rack was also missing. I a little upset though. I only have the option to get a refund and be without a bike. A replacement is not an option. That's very disappointing. I probably won't buy from Walmart online if it's going to be this difficult to resolve an issue

Blue bike cycle

It came on time. I had to pay someone to put it together for me. $75. I am 5'4 and to get my leg up and over the lower part of the bike was hard. Too tall of an area to get over it safely. Getting off of it was worst. Didn't know it had or came with the brakes just on the handlebars. Didn't care for that at all. It is well made and a pretty color, like the basket and rack on the back fender. Just wish I'd picked one that was more suitable to my size and height for safe riding. It hasn't been road outside on the ground or pavement I still like brand new. Figured it was too late to return it or exchange it for one that is more suitable for me.

Where's the SEAT!

The Bike is super cute, but ours arrived with NO SEAT! Can you imagine if you were a kid opening on Christmas and there was no seat! This bike was purchased for a Children's hospital toy event, and they were being picked up from our work the same day we were putting together. I called Walmart over and over to not be able to reach anyone. The clock was ticking so had to go to a bike shop to buy a seat and post, cost was almost as much as the bike itself.
