I'm 5'5 %26 got a 75cm one. I didn't fill it up as far as the measurement tape said but it's very sturdy %26 I've had no problems regardless, I just keep in mind it can be pumped up more if needed! I'm pregnant so I use it for sitting %26 to exercise normally but will be using for labor as well. Inflating %26 deflating is simple. The quality is great for the price.

Stretch and strengthen GAME CHANGER for me!

By far one of my best purchases on Wal-Mart! I didn't know how handy this ball would be in motivating me to stretch and lift. Even if I just lean across it to do partial “planks” and hold my legs up, it's sooo much better than being on the floor! It was easy to blow up (the pump is included) but I blew it up only 80-90% of the way. That way, it's even softer and safer/more forgiving. I recommend this for Gen X'ers or any age. I got the smallest size (55 cm) and it's perfect for stretching my core and doing safe balancing moves, very close to the ground. I LOVE IT! Good quality, easy. Includes an extra plug. By the way, I've left it in the hot sun on our porch and it was fine. The material didn't get compromised. This is a game-changer for my exercise routine!!!
