Makes Cooking Faster, Easier, and Actually Fun

I've been using the Instant Pot Duo Plus 8QT for a few weeks now, and it's become one of my most-used kitchen appliances. The large 8-quart size is perfect for family meals or meal prepping for the week. It handles everything from soups and stews to rice and yogurt without a problem. I love that it cuts cooking time way down while still producing tender, flavorful food. The interface is simple to use, and the multiple functions mean I can replace several other small appliances. Cleanup is also quick — the stainless steel pot comes out spotless after a rinse. The only downside is the lid takes a little getting used to, but once you learn the routine, it's easy. Excellent for meal prepping

I've used this multiple times for meal prep and it works so well. Baked sweet potatoes in 25 minutes, cooked perfectly and hard boiled eggs came out beautifully - I'm an experienced cook but struggle to get pretty hard boiled eggs so these peeling perfectly was awesome. Rice comes out perfectly. I love the stainless insert over nonstick as well. The smaller size is perfect for cooking for my family of four and it doesn't take up a ton of space on my counter. My former pressure cooker was an off brand and I'll be sticking to instapot if this ever needs replaced.

Super easy to use

I have heard of the brand before but was always too nervous to use a pressure cooker. I was surprised at how easy and NOT intimidating it was to use! I have made several meals for my family of 4 in this. The first thing I made was shredded beef for sandwiches. Since it was the first time using it, I didn't put enough liquid in so I got the "burn" error. Some sides of the beef were just a little crunchy. O shredded it all up and put it back in with homemade BBQ sauce. It was so good! I have been collecting new pressure cooker recipes to test out and haven't been disappointed so far. This is a great product for anyone like me -- a working mom with small children. Definitely a time saver!
