Question: The product description on this page says "10-year warranty" but it's not mentioned in the packaging. What are the details of this warranty and where can I print it out? Review: I ordered the medium firm 9" gel foam queen, which arrived yesterday. It is seriously firm, but I want/need decent support after tweaking my back sleeping on air mattresses for the past two years. I have a 2-inch memory foam topper from my old bed that helps add a soft touch. Good quality, good construction. The 9" height is more like 8" after 24 hours. There is a strong odor initially, but that is to be expected of any memory foam mattress. It does come packed in a box. Weighs about 60 pounds and requires a bit of effort to wrestle it indoors if you have an aching back. Once out of the plastic wrap, it quickly expands. I'm pleased with the quality of this product offers and I look forward to at least a few years of decent, pain-free sleep.

I really like my new GranRest 9 Inch Luna Memory Foam Mattress. It is firm but soft, lets me ease into it to fit my body, but doesn't keep that imprint when I need to move around. In fact, I'm sleeping far better with this mattress and wouldn't budge if it weren't for my cats. I used to kick around at night, trying to get comfortable. My hips bothered me terribly. As advertised, the memory foam minimizes pressure on the body, and now I don't experience pain or discomfort. Fantastic! According to the manufacturer, the memory foam mattress collection provides lasting comfort, with a dense foam core that ensures years of unbridled durability. I put this mattress on my box spring and tossed my old mattress. The new one works perfectly, although I miss the bounce I had before with a regular mattress. Now my body eases in instead...nothing to complain about! An added bonus: the mattress holds the heat or cold when you use a heating pad or ice pack. Otherwise the temperature of the mattress doesn't fluctuate with body or room temperature. Delivery of this mattress is entertaining. It arrives in a condensed foam bundle. Be sure to read the instructions before you unleash the mattress. It will begin expanding immediately. I put mine on my bed to minimize moving it when it had completed expanding...which was within a few hours or less.
