Arrived with one small piece split (%2310 - one portion of a drawer). I took pictures and kept the box, just in case and continued with the assembly. I thought the piece looked great, save for the one drawer I wasn't able to complete. I contacted customer service, on a weekend and they responded on Memorial Day and promptly sent a replacement, which shipped the following day. I am pleased with the appearance, assembly instructions and customer service. I will strongly consider this seller again as I continue to update furniture in my home or as other needs arise.
