Some parts of the frame came very slightly damaged but you don’t even notice it when everything is all together. I have a large and heavy mattress and it has held it up just fine for about a month now.

Great response to a problem. I had one piece split (%2310). I contacted the seller on a weekend and received a response on Memorial Day. No questions asked, the replacement was shipped the following day (Tuesday) and I completed the drawer the day the piece arrived (Thursday). I would absolutely consider purchasing more from this seller in the future. I chose to purchase from this seller via Walmart because of the large number of purchases I have made using the platform and I feel the service I received is consistent with the high level of customer service I have received from Walmart directly.

We ordered and received quickly a Montauk Solid Wood Bed. We had a problem with the finish on one of the two headboard panels and contacted Customer Service with an email and photo explaining and showing our concern. The next business day we had a reply that 2 new panels were being shipped. We received these in 3 days, and assembled the bed with the new parts and could not be happier with our purchase and the Customer Service. Very sturdy, strong, and pleasing to the eye. Thank you Grain Wood.
