Stomach pain after starting this.

Within a couple of days taking this, I ended up with stomach cramping/pain.I ordered this to help with blood sugar levels. I have to take tylenol to releave the pain. I stopped taking it. Can't tell if the pain is from the stomach, kidneys, or ovaries.
