Gold's Gym Neoprene Shorts

I checked out the reviews here and on other sites such as Amazon, and it definitely was a 5050 for me. I'm glad I took the chance especially for as little as 10 dollars . I really like how they slip on with no zipper. The bottom under butt has a different stretchy/spanx like material for a more flexible fit. I think they run a bit small, but good stretch material, not uncomfortable. I'm curvy and it doesn't fully cover the top of my behind but Bc I have hips I figure it will even out later. I wear them for my cardio sessions under regular workout leggings, can barely be seen. and boy do I sweat a lot more. Not just my lower body but overall. Normally I don't sweat that much, I'm not a sweater. Lol that's what inclined me to get this. I have used it for a week now and Yes I have already lost a few inches on my hips . The only thing I'd recommend is taking them off Asap after your workout to avoid absorbing the sweat released toxins. Good buy, gets the job done. I'm looking forward to future results.
