The gig bag doesn't really fit the bass guitar and it's made pretty cheap; but I guess that's to be expected for the price. Overall, the bass is really short and not full size. Also, the metal frets scratched my hand leaving small cuts on my hand. NOT recommended if you're an adult learning bass. Also, not recommended to get your kid unless you want to have their hands sliced and diced by the guitar. The guitar have to volume knobs and one tone knob which I found odd; but I'm not a basstist so I can't successfully comment on. It just seemed weird to me. It does sound pretty good to me though.
