This is the worst brand of palm nut paste I have ever seen. I tried making banga stew with this product and it kept foaming while in the pot. Maybe a detergent was added to it. I tried cooking with this product three times and the same thing kept happening. I would not recommend this product. This is not banga paste and should not be consumed .
